REGISTRATION FOR THE EAIVT INTERNATIONAL MARKETS CONGRESS
FOR EAIVT MEMBERS & PARTNERS
Participation for the first person is free for member companies. The second person costs €850.00. The delegation total for EAIVT Members & FOR EAIVT MEMBERS & PARTNERS
All event modules (Welcome Reception, Conference, Exhibition, Group Dinner) are included in the price, except the optional sightseeing on Saturday.
The evening functions come with comprehensive catering and there will be a lunch break and permanent coffee/tea stations during the conference.
Travel and overnight arrangements must be made and paid for by each delegate. We have a room allotment in the venue hotels, and our prices are lower than the hotel's public prices and many other hotels in the area.
The hotel booking link/-s will be sent to participants by email along with the confirmation of registration.
To register the first-person free allowance in the booking system Members & Partners must use the member reference number which can be found on the membership invoice.
All fees are payable upon checkout on the registration form. Payment must be done on-line via STRIPE. Registrants will receive their booking confirmation, QR-code and invoice by email.
Precise instructions on how to register will be in the on-line form. The link to the form will be on the dedicated event page approx. 8 weeks before the EAIVT Congress.

FOR EXTERNAL COMPANIES
External companies, such as traders, distributors, service providers or associations in the automotive industry are welcome to apply for participation in the EAIVT International Markets Congress. The prerequisites are that the company has been on the market for at least 3 years and 2 EAIVT Members are required to give a positive reference in favour of the applicant.
The organizers expressly reserve the right not to admit any companies to the event who are not eligible in the above sense or whose reputation and ethics do not meet the expectations of the organizers.
Participation for a company including one delegate costs €1,500.00. The second person costs €850.00.

Interested companies must fill in the dedicated form and enter the contact data of their referees. The organizers will then elicit comments from the referees and decide on the eligibility of the applicant company.
This process will usually take less than 72 hours, but the process may take longer depending on how quickly feedback is received.
The maximum number of delegates for external companies is 2 persons per company.
