Board

The Board is the executive part of the association. The Board delivers its annual report to the PRIVILEGED MEMBERS at the AGM.

The Managing Director is appointed by the Board and runs the daily business. The Commissaries of the Board are given special tasks to be fulfilled for the Board and EAIVT.

Executive Council

To make sure the association has the right agenda and works on the relevant issues of our trade we have created an “extended board”, called the E.A.I.V.T. Excecutive Council.

Comprised of individuals with in-depth market expertise, the Executive Council plays a key role in supporting the board’s discussions and in recommending activities and topics for the Association’s political agenda. The most challenging board decisions also get considered within the Executive Council, and the outcomes of these deliberations are brought forward to the General Assembly.
