BOARD

The Board is the executive part of the association. The Board meets 4 times a year and delivers its annual report to the PRIVILEGED MEMBERS at the AGM.

The Managing Director is appointed by the Board and runs the daily business. The Commissaries of the Board are given special tasks to be fulfilled for the Board and EAIVT.

E.A.I.V.T. THINK-TANK

To make sure the association has the right agenda works on the relevant issues of our trade we have created an “extended board”, called the E.A.I.V.T. Think-Tank.

This group of between 5-8 members with extensive market knowledge is the creative mind of E.A.I.V.T. The Think-Tank assists the board in its deliberations and suggests activities and topics for the political agenda of our Association. All “difficult” board decisions are discussed in the Think-Tank as well and the results of its work are referred to the General Assembly.
