  • Make complaints-free deliveries with spare keys and service manual
  • Deliver all necessary documents for registration
  • Generally request no advanced payments from end users unless for particular models
  • Give a clear description of VAT-handling

MEMBERS, who do not abide by these rules, will be admonished and (in case of repetition) may be excluded.
