AIRPORT TRANSFER

The taxi fare is more or less 30 Euros. Uber is available in Berlin.
You can also easily get to the Hotel using the public transport system.

During the conference, we will inform you with short messages about the program and meeting points. Every time a presentation or workshop starts or prior to any group departures we’ll send you an SMS to keep you up to date. With this service you’ll stay well informed on the schedule and never miss anything important.

If you’re looking for a particular person you can come to the help-desk and we’ll send that person an SMS with your contact information and a message saying that you’re looking for him/her.

This way you can connect to anyone attending the conference via the E.A.I.V.T. Help-desk.

When you sign in at the conference we will ask you for your mobile number if we do not have it already. We will use your data only for this conference and only for the services listed above. We will not give it to any third party. After the conference all the numbers will be removed from our system.
